I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology – Lausanne (EPFL) under the supervision of Prof. André Schiper in February 2011. My Ph.D. thesis mainly focuses on designing and implementing modular distributed consensus algorithms and evaluating their performance based on quantitative analysis.
I was working at the Distributed Systems Laboratory (LSR) at EPFL as a research and teaching assistant from April 2006 until February 2011, and then as a post-doctoral researcher until January 2012.
From January 2012, I have joined the Institute for Information and Communication Technologies (IICT) of University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland (HEIG-VD) as a scientific collaborator and I follow my research direction in applied fields.
