Profile

I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology – Lausanne (EPFL) under the supervision of Prof. AndrĂ© Schiper in February 2011. My Ph.D. thesis mainly focuses on designing and implementing modular distributed consensus algorithms and evaluating their performance based on quantitative analysis.

I was working at the Distributed Systems Laboratory (LSR) at EPFL as a research and teaching assistant from April 2006 until February 2011, and then as a post-doctoral researcher until January 2012.

From January 2012, I have joined the Institute for Information and Communication Technologies (IICT) of University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland (HEIG-VD) as a scientific collaborator and I follow my research direction in applied fields.
